This data set was created  by merging shifted to Earth:  
1. Wind SWE Definitive plasma data: 
2. cross-normalized (to  Wind SWE Definitive) Wind SWE_KP  plasma data     
3. cross-normalized (to Wind SWE_definitive) ACE plasma data 
4. cross-normalized (to Wind SWE_definitive) Wind 3DP plasma data 

Note: Coefficients of cross-normaization for Wind_3DP plasma data are not stable and depend on time/year,
 we recommend to use 3DP  cross-normaized data  for the rough estimations only.

Time span of data set:
 Wind_def 1995-11-06 - 2024-03-10
 Wind_KP  1995-10-06 - 2024-04-08
 Wind_3DP 1995-01-01 - 2024-03-26
 ACE      1998-01-01 - 2021-03-13
