We realized the Helios 1 and 2 plasma flow direction angles had
not been transformed from spacecraft-centered solar ecliptic (SSE)
coordinates to RTN coordinates. Today, we replaced the SSE
flow direction angles with RTN angles. This brings the Helios data
into consistency with the documentation and with COHOWeb data
for all other spacecraft.
